Welcome to Nurtaura! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nurtaura's habit tracking and AI coaching platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
By using Nurtaura, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- All information you provide is accurate and current
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Account Creation
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Security
- Use a strong, unique password
- Do not share your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Nurtaura, an Nurtaura employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service
- Use any automated system to access the Service without our permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Reverse Engineering: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
- Data Scraping: Use automated tools to extract data without permission
- Spam: Send unsolicited messages or use the Service for spam
- Malware: Upload viruses, trojans, or other malicious code
- Abuse: Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Fraud: Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent yourself
- Infringement: Violate intellectual property rights of others
Free Plan
The Free plan provides limited access to core features with no payment required.
Professional Plan
- Billed monthly at $12/month
- Automatic renewal unless canceled
- Cancel anytime through account settings
- No refunds for partial months
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full credit card information.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Professional plan subscriptions. Contact support within 14 days of your first payment to request a refund.
Our Rights
The Service, including its design, code, content, and features, is owned by Nurtaura Technologies, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create in the Service (habit logs, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

The AI Co-Pilot feature provides general guidance and suggestions based on your data patterns. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical, financial, or mental health advice.
- Always consult qualified professionals for health, financial, or mental health concerns
- Do not rely solely on AI recommendations for critical decisions
- AI suggestions may not be accurate or suitable for your specific situation
- We are not liable for outcomes resulting from following AI advice
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Nurtaura SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data or profits
- Service interruptions
- Errors or inaccuracies in content
- Actions taken based on AI recommendations
- Unauthorized access to your account
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if you are on the Free plan).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security of data transmission
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nurtaura, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Content you submit through the Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
For material changes, we will provide notice via email or prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Excessive API usage or abuse
- Non-payment (for Professional plan users)
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, liability limitations) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
